Risk Signals
Risk & AssuranceRisk Signals is where you identify, evaluate, and score risks across your organization. It provides the tools to conduct structured risk assessments, document individual risks with likelihood and impact ratings, and configure the scoring framework your organization uses.
Key capabilities
Risk Signals gives you a centralized risk dashboard showing aggregate risk metrics and trends, structured risk assessments with defined scope, criteria, and team assignments, configurable risk scoring using likelihood × impact matrices, and full control over classifications, priorities, risk types, and risk level thresholds.
Risk Signals is where risks are identified and scored. Once a risk warrants ongoing tracking, it moves to Risk Posture (the risk registry) for lifecycle management and treatment planning.
How it fits together
SecureHive’s risk management follows a four-step workflow: create a risk assessment to define scope, identify risks within that assessment, register significant risks in the risk registry for ongoing tracking, and monitor and mitigate through treatment plans.
The Risk Signals section covers the first two steps — assessment creation and risk identification. The Risk Posture section covers the registry and treatment side.
Getting started
To begin identifying risks, you’ll want to configure your risk framework first — set up classifications, priorities, risk types, and scoring thresholds under Configuration. Then create your first risk assessment to start documenting risks.
