Filtering reports

Filters let you narrow reports to specific slices of data:

CampaignFilter by campaign status or select a specific campaign for detailed metrics
DepartmentView acknowledgment rates and performance for a specific organizational unit

Filters apply to all report sections on the page. Reset filters to return to the full dataset.

Exporting reports

Export reports in three formats depending on your use case:

FormatBest for
PDFStakeholder presentations, executive summaries, and compliance documentation
ExcelFurther analysis, pivot tables, and custom reporting
CSVImport into other systems or basic spreadsheet analysis (raw data, no formatting)

Click the corresponding export button (Export PDF, Export Excel, or Export CSV) at the top of the reports page. The export includes all data matching the currently applied filters.

Best practices

Regular monitoring — Review reports weekly or monthly to track compliance trends. Set up alerts for campaigns with low completion rates or high overdue counts. Use department breakdowns to identify areas needing additional support.

Compliance reporting — Export reports regularly for audit documentation and compliance records. Use PDF exports for stakeholder presentations and executive summaries. Maintain historical reports to demonstrate compliance over time.
